KENYA TRIP 2026

Our journey and work continue in Kenya

We are officially going back to Kenya November 8-15!

This trip is extensive in not only planning but also in ensuring we are bringing the supplies needed to help empower and educate our staff at this new location. Our itinerary includes a full week of non-stop patient care at the clinic and at homes of those that are unable to travel to see us.

TAKE ACTION

Will you help us secure donations so that we can bring the absolute best care and patient service to this amazing and deserving population of people?

Critical Supplies are taken with us and distributed.

We need to raise $2000 that will solely go to the wound care needed for these patients. From bandages, braces, gauze, and debridement kits, these items are not easily found like they are in the states. Patients with lymphedema and diabetic ulcers, depend on these medical supplies. A $2000 donation will enable us to bring the supplies we need.

Hospice visits are made to our most vulnerable patients.

Some patients have no means to make it to our clinic. Our plans include several multi-hour bus rides to communities that are desperate for this care. These in home visits help ensure a child with cerebral palsy is getting the type of care they need.

Support our physical therapists in Kenya.

Did you know that we pay the salaries of our physical therapists in Kenya? This amounts to roughly $6000 a year. Your generous donations help support their salaries so they can continue this important part of patient care.

How we help...

This patient had cancer and was in hospice care at our inpatient clinic in Kenya. We were performing bed mobility and joint mobility to maintain the health of her respiratory system and joints. This type of care is performed twice a day, AM and PM, in our inpatient facility.

Your donations ensure we can continue this critical work.

CPT began working in Kenya in 2013 at the Kimbilio Hospice. Our work there now includes an outpatient clinic as well as home visits in the surrounding communities.
